Have a Led flashlight mini ready in many places where you are likely to use it – in your car’s toolbox, inside a pocket of your jacket, in your briefcase, and so forth. It is a very small item so it is easy to store it away, but you can rely on its light when you need to use it. In emergencies, you could have use for it but maybe you will be a bit rattled trying to remember where you put the LED flashlight, but if you have one in several places, you can have access to it without much effort to recall where you left one of it.
The mini flashlight is cheap, so get many units and spread them all over the house, the office, and all other places you are likely to find yourself at any one time. Most of them have just two penlight size batteries but they are strong enough to provide you with sufficient light for any purpose. In your car, of course you must have the bigger kind of flashlight like the Coleman rechargeable flashlight, in case you find your self with a need to repair part of the car in some place distant from home.
Or you could find yourself stranded on the highway due to an unexpected snowstorm making further movement impossible. You could find yourself spending the long night in the car alone. With your jacket or sweater, you could spend the cold night on the road until some help can come along your way. It will be good to have the xenon flashlight as a source of light, when you have to get the portable heater (you had the good sense to keep it handy always) in the car’s trunk to help you have some warmth for the long night. If no help comes during the night and if the snowstorm continues to rage, your car could be buried in snow until the following morning.
You have learned in the Boy Scouts before that a scout is always prepared for anything – for any untoward happenings especially. You have better remained a Boy Scout always, in a sense, when you list down the things that you may need for any kind of situation. The mini LED flashlight should always be on top of that list of things for emergencies, especially those that happen in unlikely places at night. Of course, do not forget to see to it that certain food items should be part of that list.
When you have the mini LED flashlight ready anywhere, you can just relax and keep cool to be able to do something about the emergency you are facing. There is no need to panic because doing so will just lead to consequences that are more serious. You are too smart to be helpless that way. The mini LED flashlight alone that you have scattered among your things in different places show that you have anticipated any problem that may come up anytime. |
